How we met:Working for the 1980 census bureau in Vista
Proposal: On Rissa's Birthday in 1981, at her parents' house, Craig read a little romantic birthday book and proposed to her at the end of the book. She gladly said
"Yes!" He then promptly went upstairs to ask her dad for permission to marry, which he gladly gave.
Anniversary: March 20,1981
Honeymoon: Oceanside,CA
How long we've been married: 31 years this March
Kids: Brett,26 Katie,22 (Katie and her husband just had our first grandchild)
Where we have lived: Vista mostly, with one year in Oceanside
How long we've been saved: Craig 32 years, Rissa 48 years
How long at CCV: 1 1/2 years. But we have been connected to CCV since 2000 because our children attend Calvary Christian School
Jobs: Craig: Public Works Operations Manager for the City of Vista, Rissa:homemaker
Activities together: Ministry, supporting our childrens activities, visting family and friends, hiking, museums, Classic movies and TV shows, rides in the country, traveling, jigsaw puzzles, concerts, laughing
